From the introduction to closing Alex was a valuable part of our journey . Rightsizing can be very unsettling for seniors. Super personable ,attentive and professional . As a first-time homebuyer in Hamilton the entire home buying process was incredibly daunting, but Alex walked me through every single step of the process with patience and genuine care. She truly went above and beyond in ways I never expected. Since I don't drive, I thought viewing homes would be very difficult, but Alex completely removed that stress by driving me around to view all sorts of homes. Her responsiveness is unmatched. Whenever I had a question, she was there with a quick answer. What I also appreciated was that  during negotiations she provided excellent advice on what price to offer. When I decided to offer lower than what she suggested, she didn't question or pressure me at all; she simply backed my decision and fought to get me the best deal which I really appreciated. They are such an amazing team and all of them supported us in our needs to buy and purchase a new home. Late night and early morning, phone calls were always answered. My husband and I have been feeling the old age and aches and pains and  we realized we needed to sell our home in Port Dover and move to accommodations that would make our life easier. I was looking on an online search and wondering how to do this. Simple  I thought! I googled “please find me a great real estate team, who is successful and attentive in Port Dover, Ontario “. Got a call shortly after from Mark and Wendy. We invited Mark Woehrle and Wendy Tanner to visit our home in Norfolk. We felt comfortable within a few minutes of meeting them and walked them through our home. We signed all documents , the sign went up in the yard and we were prepared to wait. Once the listing went on MLS on Friday afternoon the 10th of April . On Sat noon we had our first showing and another on Monday 13th The first firm offer on the 10 th.
